8. After !6+ prov¡ded the necessary Y&S corporation document to allow the
sale, Yusuf informed !6+ that the sale had occurred and handwrote a
document showing that the Dorothea property was liquidated for $1,500,0000,
noting further that !6+ was owed $802,955 as a result of this transaction and
related offsets. Exhibit l.


9. Fathi Yusuf received the funds and owes the funds to !6+ - which Yusuf has
admitted under oath. Exhibit 2 (Deposition Testimony of Fathi Yusuf, April 2,
2014 at 99-105.)

I. INITIAL DISCLOSURES. The Parties shall mutually exchange their Initial Disclosures pursuant to V.I.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(l) no later than May 31 , 2017.

2. FACTUAL DISCOVERY. All factual discovery, including, written discovery and fact witness depositions, shall be completed by December 15, 2017.

3. MEDIATION. Mediation shall be completed no later than December 31 , 2017.

4. PLAINTIFF'S EXPERT REPORTS. Plaintiffs expert disclosures, pursuant to V.I.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2), if any, shall be submitted by January 15, 2018.

5. DEFENDANT'S EXPERT REPORTS. Defendant's expert disclosures pw-suant to V.I.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2), if any, shall be submitted by February 28,208.

6. EXPERT DEPOSITIONS. Depositions of experts shall be completed by March 31 , 2018.

7. DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS. All dispositive motions shall be filed no later than April 30, 2018.

8. TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE. A TELEPHONIC status conference shall be held on _________________ , 20 ___ at --------in Courtroom 206.

9. TRIAL DA TE. Trial will be scheduled by the Court. The earliest date by which the parties should be ready for trial is July 15, 2018
